Towering high above Lorient bay, Villa Ginger is an exquisite and private 5-bedroom villa with panoramic views and is within a short drive of several beaches. Soothing white walls and creamy vaulted ceilings contrast with the graceful wooden furnishings, with thoughtful island-style décor on the walls. Newly constructed, this villa offers sophistication, luxury, and elegance all rolled into one.

From everywhere, the unobstructed views are breathtaking and take in the islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme, while in the distance is Saba, St. Martin, and Anguilla.

Living Spaces

At the heart of Villa Ginger is the airy and gorgeous great room. Here you’ll find the living room and kitchen, the entire space awash with tropical breezes and those stunning views. In the center is the living room, where a large U-shaped sofa offers an inviting spot to unwind, while a flat-screen TV to one side offers the option to enjoy a cozy night inside with your favorite movie.

Kitchen and Dining Room

Located directly behind the living room sofa is Ginger Villa’s gourmet kitchen. Foodies will love experimenting with local ingredients and island flavors here. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service. Located between the pool and living room on the covered terrace is the large dining area, which accommodates 12 guests. It’s a magnificent setting for festive dinner parties.

Bedrooms

There are 5 bedrooms in total at Villa Ginger, all quiet and tranquil spots to relax – ideal for recharging each evening. Each room has a European king-sized bed, a TV with French and U.S. satellite channels, and an ensuite bathroom. The showers in each bathroom open to the outside, where each bedroom enjoys a private little garden. There are three bedrooms on the main level, located on either side of the living room. Descending downstairs reveals the final two bedrooms, both with a small sitting area on the terrace outside. Also on this level is a large fitness room and a second kitchen.

Outdoor Features

The main deck at Villa Ginger is next to the house, taking full advantage of the ocean views. There’s boundless space to enjoy the good life in St. Barts. The expansive, 60-ft. pool will no doubt tempt you in for a dip each day, offering an easy way to cool off in the heat. Its infinity edge seemingly spills into the ocean below, while loungers on either side are ideal for sunbathing. Underneath a gazebo is a lounge area, a magnificent setting for a sunset cocktail hour.

Thoughtful touches help elevate your stay at Villa Ginger. This property also features fast Wi-Fi, a gas grill, an Apple TV unit, and a Bose sound system spread across the entire villa. Villa Ginger in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
